Arrival and Departure:
Check in Time: 2:00pm
Check Out Time: 10:00am, charges may apply after this time.

Deposit / Payment Policy:
To finalize your booking at the BlueGum Motor Inn, we require a credit card number, and authorization. This will secure your booking. No monies are deducted from your card, until arrival; or alternatively other payment options are available upon check in. We do not accept cheques, unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
Credit cards: The name of the credit card holder used to book the accommodation must be the name of the guest staying at the motel. Upon check in these details will be verified, along with drivers license number, car rego, and home phone number.

Union Pay (Debit and Credit)
Eftpos facilities

Cancellation Policy:
A 2 days notice period applies to all cancellations, failure to cancel 2 days prior will incur a fee of 1 nights accommodation.

If you have not turned up for your booking, the full amount will be deducted from your credit card.

No Party Policy: We have a strict ‘No Party Policy’ at the Blue Gum Motor Inn, to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. Management of the Blue Gum Motor Inn reserve the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion we also have the right to remove you from the premises with no refunds.

Smoking in rooms / Extra Cleaning: We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for extra cleaning. This includes cleaning, dry cleaning, airing out the room, carpet cleaning and 1 or 2 nights of non selling the room.
